You can return any piece within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.

How to return a piece

1. Tell us within 14 days of delivery. Email giulio@giuliodesignstudio.com with your order number and the pieces you want to return. You can also use the model form at the bottom of this page, but it is not required: a clear email is enough.

2. Send the piece back within 14 days of your email, to:

3. Pack it carefully. Ceramic is fragile: please use the original packaging if you still have it, or equivalent protection. We recommend a tracked service.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. For shipments from outside Italy, please also mark the parcel as "returned goods" on the customs form, so that no import duties are charged: any duties or fees charged to us on a returned parcel will be deducted from your refund.

Your refund

Once we receive your email, we will refund you within 14 days. The refund includes the price of the piece and the original shipping cost you paid (up to the cost of our standard shipping option). We may wait until we have received the piece back before refunding you.

The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, at no extra cost to you. Import duties and taxes you paid to your country's customs authorities are not collected by us, so we cannot refund them: you may be able to reclaim them from your local customs authority.

Condition of returned pieces

Please return the piece in the condition you received it. You may handle and inspect it as you would in a shop, but if it is used, chipped or broken because of poor packaging, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

- Pieces made to order or personalised to your specifications (commissions).

- Workshop and event bookings, which are services for a specific date.

Damaged or faulty pieces

If a piece arrives damaged or has a defect, this is not a normal return: we cover all costs. Please see sections 7 and 9 of our Terms of Sale and write to us with photographs.
