Structural Failure is a collection of unique, numbered pieces. Each one is wheel-thrown in grey chamotted stoneware, then cut and broken open at the base until the form stands on its own fractures. A stainless steel loop handle keeps it anchored — industrial hardware holding together what the clay chose to let go. No two failures are alike, and none can be repeated.
Material: grey chamotted stoneware + stainless steel
Handle: loop handle
Colour: grey / light grey
Edition: unique piece, no. 02
Handmade, wheel-thrown — hand-wash only. Not dishwasher- or microwave-safe.
This exact piece is the one you receive: form, surface and glaze exist only once.
Shipped insured, in custom protective packaging, with signed certificate.
